The dry wine is bright straw yellow coloured with coppery hues.
Has a complex aroma which varies from floral notes to rose and acacia blossom, reaching the fruity scents of apricot and tropical fruit, with hints of walnuts and spices.
Smooth and persistent on the palate, tasty with evident perception of tropical fruit.
The alcohol content ranges from 12.5 to 13% by volume.
Its total acidity is between 5 and 6 per thousand.
750 ml Bordeaux bottle.
It can be enjoyed immediately and, if well stored, retains its aroma for years. It is best served between 10 and 12°C.
Wine for serving with rice and pasta dishes, white meat and fish, including greasy fish. It also accompanies cured meats and egg dishes.
