Pervasive and variegated aromas ranging from wildflowers to ripe fruit.
Harmonious and well structured. Persistent with an aftertaste reminiscent of almonds and tropical fruit.
The alcohol content ranges from 12 to 12.5% by volume.
Its total acidity is between 4.5 and 6 per thousand.
750 ml Bordeaux bottle.
The ideal serving temperature is between 10 and 12°C. It can be enjoyed immediately and, if well stored, retains its aroma for years.
Excellent aperitif, also ideal with entrées, risottos, soups, asparagus, snails and frogs.
