With mythological reminiscences, “ambrosie” was the word used in the Friuli dialect to describe a particularly sweet and aromatic beverage. We wanted to recuperate
this term from our spoken tradition because we think it perfectly describes this wine made with skilful and meticulous vinification of particular sweet and aromatic white grapes which have been present in our vineyards for years.
After extensively studying the ripeness and the best harvesting periods for these grapes and having perfected the most suitable vinification techniques, we finally obtained a wine really worthy of the name “dessert wine”
