The dry, ruby red wine has an elegant bouquet with scents of blueberries and memories of fresh hay.
The full and well-bodied flavour is slightly tannic and nicely persistent. It can be enjoyed immediately and, if well stored, retains its aroma for years.
The alcohol content ranges from 12,5 to 13% by volume.
Its total acidity is between 5 and 6 per thousand.

The ideal serving temperature is between 18 and 20° C.
