Ruby red coloured wine with a slightly violet hue.
Has a fruity aroma with scents of cornels and brambles.
It is robust, slightly tannic and wonderfully persistent in the mouth.
The alcohol content ranges from 12,5 to 13% by volume.
Its total acidity is between 5 and 6,5 per thousand.
750 ml Bordeaux bottle.
The ideal serving temperature is between 18 and 20°C. It can be enjoyed immediately and, if well stored, retains its aroma for years.
Perfect with strong red meats, lamb and game served in a variety of ways. Its strength is appreciated with “cotechino” sausage with lentils and various sauces.
